- The first page of your submission should be your CV / Resume
- You must put your design submissions from the second page onwards.
- You can mention / label the necessary features of the design after the main submission page (page2).
Guideline to your design
- The brief must be chosen from one of the given personas.
- Please mention the selected brief in the top left corner of the page.
- Must be designed through a sustainable point of view
- Minimum views: Lateral
- Maximum views: Lateral, Medial, Back, Top, Bottom, Perspective.
- Do your submission in a PDF format.
- Do save file name as lastname_firstname.
- Do not submit sketches upside down, sideways, or facing the wrong way.

Background: Mehul is an engineer who lives in New Delhi. He leads an active lifestyle and is an avid runner who participates in marathons and triathlons. Mehul values performance and durability in his running shoes.
Goals: Mehul is looking for a pair of performance running shoes that will help him achieve his athletic goals. He wants shoes that are lightweight and breathable, yet provide the support and stability he needs for long distance running. Mehul is interested in shoes with advanced technology, such as responsive cushioning and energy return, to help him improve his speed and endurance. He wants a shoe that can withstand the wear and tear of training and racing.
Challenges: Mehul has a hard time finding running shoes that meet all of his needs. He often finds that shoes that are lightweight and breathable lack the support and stability he needs for long distance running. He also struggles to find shoes that provide enough cushioning to protect his feet and joints during training and racing. Additionally, Mehul has a wide foot, which makes finding shoes that fit properly a challenge.
Design Brief: The goal of this design brief is to create a pair of performance running shoes that will meet Mehul’s needs for support, stability, and durability, while also providing advanced technology to improve his speed and endurance. The shoes should be lightweight and breathable, with a design that allows for maximum airflow. They should also provide ample support and stability to protect Mehul’s feet and prevent injury during long distance running. The shoes should have advanced technology, such as responsive cushioning and energy return, to help Mehul improve his speed and endurance. The shoes should be available in wide sizes to accommodate Mehul’s feet properly. The colour palette should be bold and eye-catching, with options that will appeal to Mehul’s style preferences. The materials used in the shoes should be of high quality to ensure durability and longevity, even with frequent use. Overall, the shoes should be the perfect combination of form and function, helping Mehul achieve his athletic goals while also looking and feeling great.
